Arrival 10 minutes prior to your first treatment is requested, allowing ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

 

Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use in the future for your rescheduled reservation. Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your timely arrival is appreciated.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, you need to call the office at (818) 344-3344. If we don’t answer, please leave your information on our answering service. More than 24 hours’ notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge. 

Failure to show without notice or same-day cancellation: 100% of service price will be charged. 

 

Gift certificates are available for services only and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are non-transferable.

 

Gratuities are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in the price of LPG Endermologie treatments.

 

LPG Endermologie packages may be redeemed by the customer for the amount paid for up to 12 months from the purchase date. LPG Endermologie packages are not subject to refunds or price adjustments.
